I have really nice project mates this term.

But sometimes I can't help but get irritated when meetings are so inefficient.

My ideal kind of meeting goes like this. We meet up. Discuss Agenda for the day. Chop chop finish discussing what needs to be done. Split work. Everyone goes home to do own parts. Meet again to put things together.

The kind of meetings I hate to have. Meet up. Group mates come 1 hour late. Come together gossip another hour (though I contributed to that). Then talk about what needs to be done. Then you do your part I do my part during the meeting. Then nobody can go home until everyone finishes his part. Zzzz.
