Had to attend a birthday party at Cine. I was already late so I rushed down in a cab. Alot of roads were blocked due to Chingay. The taxi driver stopped me at HMV. Damn it I couldn't cross the road cos of Chingay performances. Imagine some idiot who's just standing across the street staring at Cine which is like 100m away from her. And she couldn't make it across the road. And this idiot walked all the way down to Orchard MRT station, took a train down to somerset and walked to Cine. Took her 30 mins to do so. Wasted the whole purpose of taking a cab down.
And you know what's the best thing? She realized later that there's underpass at specialist's centre.
