Saw a specialist at Paragon today.

He said that none of my ligaments are torn but they're injured and they'll take at least another month to heal and for the swelling to go away. At least now I can walk up and walk down the stairs with both legs already. Though it still hurts when I walk or stand too much.

Wildon and Eugene gave me some pretty good advice on my knee cos they've been through it as well. I can't wait to climb again. Really. =)
